Go to our Mail Scanning order form and choose one of three options:

2. Fill out PS Form 1583 and we’ll submit it for you
After you sign up, you’ll be sent directly to your client account, where you can fill out Form 1583. This form is a USPS requirement, but we make it as easy as possible. You just provide your name, contact information, photo ID, and proof of address. We then have the form verified and submit it to the USPS. No need to print or mail anything yourself!
3. We’ll give you a unique business address
After the USPS has approved your information, we’ll send you a real business address with a unique suite number in our building. You can immediately begin using this address on your website, social media, letterhead, Certificate of Formation, business tax returns, and most other places!
4. We scan your mail immediately
Our employees sort and scan your mail the day it arrives, uploading it to your secure client account. Junk mail? We send that straight to the shredder.
5. View your mail instantly in your account
When you have a new mail piece to view, you’ll get an instant email notification. Just log into your client portal, and you’ll be able to view your mail anywhere you have internet access.

Yes! If you need a piece of mail physically forwarded to you (such as a check), just request this in your client account. You’ll be charged for postage plus a small mailing fee.
